Angry Ninja Book Summary
Angry Ninja has a hard time controlling his anger. His sister takes his toy and he screams at her to give it back. He feels like he is going to explode. Then it happened. He explodes. But Angry Ninja meets Positive Ninja. Positive Ninja gives him a tool to deal with anger: The 1 + 3 + 10 Strategy:
- Say 1 calm word like “relax” or “breath.”
- Take 3 slow breaths.
- Count to 10.
Then after calming down, Positive Ninja says to add an “I am _____” statement like “I am mad at you for taking my toy.” Talking about the anger always helps.
